We propose hosting the Heroes Penalty World Cup in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its state-of-the-art sporting facilities and exceptional hospitality. The King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh would be an ideal venue to accommodate the anticipated audience and provide an unforgeable experience for both players and spectators.
